Winemaker Experience

Come on out and enjoy an evening of wine tasting and cheese pairing with our winemaker, Nicole Eagin! We will be enjoying five wines that have been specially paired with cheeses, as well as discussing the nuances of why these pairings work.

About our winemaker: Nicole is a local, having grown up in Papillion before attending Iowa State and earning her bachelor’s degree in Food Science. Since then, she has worked in wineries in California, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia before bringing her learned knowledge back home to Nebraska.
